राम मंदिर में चढ़ावे और दान से जुड़े मामले की पुलिस जांच अब एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट में सामने आए निष्कर्षों के आधार पर आगे बढ़ने की संभावना है। रिपोर्ट के तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए जांच की दिशा और आगामी कार्रवाई तय की जा सकती है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर गठित विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) ने इस मामले में ट्रस्ट के बैंक खातों, वित्तीय लेनदेन और आय-व्यय से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की भी गहन जांच की है। हालांकि, जांच प्रक्रिया अभी पूरी नहीं हुई है। एसआईटी की तैयार रिपोर्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार सीलबंद लिफाफे में न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत की जाएगी

इससे पहले राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट की मांग पर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा गठित तीन सदस्यीय विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) ने मामले की विस्तृत जांच की थी। टीम ने प्रकरण से जुड़े दस्तावेजों, वित्तीय लेनदेन और संबंधित व्यक्तियों की भूमिका की बारीकी से पड़ताल की। जांच के दायरे में ट्रस्ट के बैंक खाते और आय-व्यय से संबंधित संपूर्ण ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड भी शामिल रहा। वित्तीय अभिलेखों के आधार पर चढ़ावे और दान से जुड़े लेनदेन की भी जांच की गई। इसके अलावा, सिफारिश के आधार पर ट्रस्ट में की गई नियुक्तियों की भी जांच एजेंसी ने पड़ताल की थी।

एसबीआई और राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट के बीच हुए अनुबंध में सामने आई कमियों को भी एसआईटी ने अपनी प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट में सरकार के संज्ञान में रखा था। रिपोर्ट में ट्रस्ट के महासचिव चंपत राय को क्लीन चिट दी गई थी, जबकि डॉक्टर अनिल मिश्रा की भूमिका को लेकर कुछ सवाल उठाए गए थे।

हालांकि, एसआईटी की अंतिम रिपोर्ट में किसकी भूमिका तय की गई है, किन लोगों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की सिफारिश की गई है अथवा किसी नई कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता बताई गई है, इसे लेकर अभी तक कोई आधिकारिक जानकारी सार्वजनिक नहीं की गई है।

पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज एफआईआर के आधार पर मामले की जांच लगातार जारी है। अब एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट में सामने आए तथ्यों और निष्कर्षों को भी पुलिस विवेचना का हिस्सा बनाया जा सकता है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर संबंधित व्यक्तियों से पुनः पूछताछ, दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन और अन्य साक्ष्यों की गहन जांच भी की जा सकती है।

The police investigation into the case related to offerings and donations at the Ram Temple is likely to move forward based on the findings of the SIT report. The next course of action and direction of the probe may be determined after examining the facts revealed in the report.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT), constituted on the Supreme Court’s directions, has also conducted a detailed examination of the trust’s bank accounts, financial transactions, and records related to income and expenditure. However, the investigation is still ongoing. The report prepared by the SIT is to be submitted before the Supreme Court in a sealed cover, in accordance with the court’s directions.

Earlier, a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT), constituted by the state government at the request of the Ram Temple Trust, conducted a detailed probe into the matter. The team closely examined documents related to the case, financial transactions, and the role of individuals connected with the issue. The investigation also covered the trust’s bank accounts and complete audit records of its income and expenditure. Transactions related to offerings and donations were scrutinized on the basis of financial records. In addition, appointments made in the trust on the basis of recommendations were also investigated.

The SIT had also highlighted certain shortcomings in the agreement between SBI and the Ram Temple Trust in its preliminary report submitted to the government. While the report gave a clean chit to the Trust’s General Secretary, Champat Rai, it raised questions regarding the role of Dr. Anil Mishra.

However, no official information has yet been made public regarding whose role has been determined in the SIT’s final report, against whom action has been recommended, or whether the report has called for any further action.

SIT Report May Become a Key Basis for Further Investigation

The investigation into the FIR registered by the police is still underway. The facts and findings emerging from the SIT report may now also be incorporated into the police probe. If required, the concerned individuals may be questioned again, documents may be verified, and other pieces of evidence may undergo further scrutiny.
